Small Group Training
A new concept in personal training!
You are given a personalised training program to use at the Studio and your training is overseen by one of our Personal Trainers. There is a maximum of 8 clients at any one time to ensure you get the most out of your session.
One to one personal training
Get to work with our 1:1 personal training sessions. Suitable for beginners through to advanced levels. You will be coached through your every move and your session is tailored just to you.


Personal Training for two
As with 1:1 sessions - but with a friend or partner! Slash the cost of your training.
Classes
Training in a class environment with a community feel but don't relax too much, we'll still pull you up on your form!

Growing up on a steady diet of kung-fu movies and a passionate martial arts enthusiast in my Dad, it seemed inevitable that my first foray, as an adolescent, into the world of health and fitness would be through martial arts. I have partaken in various martial arts but will only mention those which I have practiced a little more seriously. For about 10 years I have practiced WushuKwan (Chinese Kickboxing), where I achieved 1st Degree black belt. I commenced instructing classes and learned a huge amount of self-discipline from a young age. I quickly moved on to learning the art of Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA.Over the years, with the ever evolving fitness industry, my goals have changed and I felt the need to broaden my knowledge and skill base. Now, my passion and experiences in fitness include so much more. Weight training, fat loss, explosive power building, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, TRX, Body transformations, nutrition advisory as well as so much more. At an early age, I was taught that health and well-being of an individual encompasses the mind, body and soul. Our outer-self balanced with our inner-self. Therefore although my training works the body to its limits, there is always a holistic approach that I take time to harness such as including techniques on breathing, relaxation and stretching.I consider myself more of a Coach than a personal trainer. You may think these are the same. But I like to not only help motivate and train people, I like to equip you with the skills and knowledge of how to reach your fitness and health goals. My goal is to reach out to you on a mental, physical and social level. Like a teacher who works hand in hand with you to achieve the fit body that you want. I take responsibility for your goals and make them my own. I take a fun and educational approach to each workout session. Whether it’s to be ready for the beach or to be ready for the mountain, my mission is to help guide you through your journey to get there. We are all such capable beings and have the potential to be and do whatever we put our minds to. I know in life we experience barriers and obstacles that stop us and slow us down from reaching our desired goals. Helen also brings valuable experience in boxing and is particularly keen to empower more women to step into the ring and experience the sport's incredible benefits. With a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and a GP Referral certification, I’m currently advancing my expertise with a Level 4 in Lower Back Pain management to offer a holistic approach to fitness and well-being. I focus on progressively guiding you through each phase of exercise—from conditioning and strength and stability training—ensuring that you not only improve but do so safely and effectively. I pride myself on offering a complete personal training experience that caters to your individual goals and needs.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Pre and Post Natal Trainer, with over five years of experience in the fitness industry. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness and love supporting my clients in living a healthier lifestyle through training, nutrition and building better daily habits. I have worked with a range of clients, but am particularly passionate about helping women access the benefits of strength training in a non-intimidating environment. With expertise in nutrition, mobility, weight loss, strength, hypertrophy training and conditioning i.e. getting the 'toned look', I will guide you in becoming your fittest, strongest and most confident self. As a mother and Pre and Post Natal Trainer, I strongly believe in the postive impact of exercising during and post pregnancy. I love helping expectant and new mums safely navigate exercise during this time in their life, and believe doing so can be truly transformative for mental and emotional wellbeing.
