Head Coach

Growing up on a steady diet of kung-fu movies inspired me to learn a range of martial arts. For about 10 years I practised WushuKwan and achieved 1st Degree black belt.I've also competed in many events and still practise to this day in all disciplines. Over the years, my passion and experiences in fitness have grown to include so much more. Weight training, fat loss, explosive power building, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, TRX, Body transformations, nutrition advisory as well as so much more.
At an early age, I was taught that health and well-being of an individual encompasses the mind, body and soul. Our outer-self balanced with our inner-self. Therefore although my training works the body to its limits, there is always a holistic approach that I take time to harness such as including techniques on breathing, relaxation and stretching.
My goal is to reach out to you on a mental, physical and social level. We are all such capable beings and have the potential to be and do whatever we put our minds to.

I qualified as a personal trainer at Premier Global NASM and have loved inspiring people ever since. I am incredibly passionate about fitness and its benefits within the mind.
I also graduated with a BA HONS in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London. From this training I have also obtained some really key transferable skills which can be applied in many sectors of work within personal training. Most notably technique and my attention to detail. My training has built a good foundation in how the body works, and which muscles to be engaging with correct form.
I understand a gym can be a daunting place but with my patience and guidance you’ll notice your confidence grow quickly and results will follow. My favourite type of training is working with free weights as personally I find it most effective and versatile. 
Sessions with me will be enjoyable and beneficial, fitness doesn’t have to be feared- it should be a part of our routine we enjoy. Let's work hard together and make that positive step today!

For me there’s no greater joy than motivating people to lead a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is the best natural drug in the world and I want everyone to taste the benefits of it. I have been a PT and studio instructor for over 15 years, I also used to play semi-professional football so I’ve experienced a range of diverse training methods, which I apply to my programs. I have a holistic approach to fitness and I can help you unleash the full potential of your body by focusing on your mindset, physical wellbeing and nutrition. I‘m extremely passionate about my client’s success. Your goals become my goals and together we’ll develop a tailor made program that’s challenging, specific to your needs and addresses areas to develop. Being accountable to someone to ensure that you’re always working towards our goals is key, I will give you all the tools you need, teaching you how to work effectively and track your progress to keep you engaged and motivated. It’s important to enjoy your training so I always find ways to make it fun.

Hello and welcome to the next step of your journey.
My own journey of self development has come in many forms with Martial Arts at the forefront. 
First the striking arts of Boxing, Kung Fu and Muay Thai then the grappling arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling.
I love the balancing and grounding effect that my training has. It has made me become a more centred, humble and inquisitive person as well as giving me an outlet to creatively express myself. 
This has brought me to a point where I want share those experiences with you and allow yourself to step into your own sense of empowerment.
I have competitive experience in the ring as well as the cage and have trained at top Martial Arts gyms in Australia, Thailand and Sweden (Boonchu Gold Coast, Tiger Muay Thai, Phuket Top Team, All Stars Stockholm).
So whether you’re looking to learn some new techniques, practise self defence or lose weight in a new exciting and challenging way, we can work out your goals and implement the steps needed to achieve them.
