At Studio22, our classes are designed to inspire, challenge, and transform. We offer something for every fitness level. Our expert instructors are all at least Least Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainers. They bring motivation, precision, passion and laughs to every session, ensuring you get the most out of your workout. Strength & Conditioning

Boost your overall fitness using a mix of resistance training, functional movements, and weights. You'll build muscle, increase endurance, and improve athletic performance. 

HYROX Simulation

A high-intensity workout that replicates the HYROX race format. Think sled pushes, rowing and burpee broad jumps with running intervals.  Improve endurance, strength, and race-day readiness. Suitable for all fitness levels with scalable options.

HYROX Strength

If you enjoy lifting and getting stronger this is for you!

Strength based session - NO CARDIO. Be prepared to get strong. A full body workout designed to build functional strength around the Hyrox movements.

Calisthenics

Build strength and endurance, using only your bodyweight. Want to get your first pull up/handstand? This is for you. You'll  gain total body control.

Suitable for all levels.

ADVANCED Calisthenics Saturday 10am min requirement: 10 pull ups

HYROX Met Con

Metabolic Conditioning. This class focuses on building endurance, strength, and stamina. It combines cardio and resistance exercises to boost overall performance and prepare you for HYROX or similar fitness challenges.

45 Mins

Boxing

 No contact but a serious workout. Be prepared to sweat!

Unleash your inner fighter in this all-levels boxing class. Learn proper technique and footwork.  Come ready to punch, move, and leave feeling stronger and more confident.

Bodyweight Blast

No equipment, no excuses — just YOU vs YOU. 

This 45-minute full-body workout blends strength, cardio, and core-focused bodyweight exercises to challenge your muscles and fire up your metabolism. Designed to improve strength, endurance, and mobility, it’s accessible for all levels and guaranteed to leave you buzzing.

MetCon

Metabolic Conditioning. This class focuses on building endurance, strength, and stamina. It combines cardio and resistance exercises to boost overall performance.

Post Natal

Wednesdays 10:30am with Coach Phoebe

Challenge your body at your own pace, during this class created especially for new mums.
Suitable after 6 week check and for babies up to crawling.​​​​
